Yoga

We need to remain proactive with our intentions to transform and improve our lives.
My yoga lesssons begin with a slow, mindful flow that weaves together natural rhythmic breathing and restorative yoga poses with stretching movements designed to leave you feeling more grounded and calm while increasing circulation and restoring your energy. Finishing the session with a guided deep relaxation to release tension and encourage wellbeing, boost immunity and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the universe.
A restorative yoga session is designed to release stress and tension from the body and the mind. A gentle practice using props that incorporates mindful movement, soothing stretching, and rejuvenating breathing practices. In this practice, you will hold the pose for an extended period up to 10 or 15 minutes, generally 4 to 5 poses while focusing on the breath.
The end result: more grounded, more refreshed, more calm. You will be amazed at the benefits.
Awareness
Almost all forms of spiritual practice come down to one thing: the more we bring our individual lives into alignment with the whole existence, the more we feel nourished and at peace. Awareness practices can help connect that alignment. They are designed to quiet the busy mind, relax the body, and bring a sense of attunement with existence. Meditation will help instill awareness practices of the body, breath, mind and present moment. You will feel more grounded, present and relaxed. A guided meditation will be helpful in teaching you how to welcome the ease and joy of simply being. You will learn to welcome the feeling of a being a unique expression of the universe, while being interconnected with the entire universe.

Pranayama

Breathing techniques are practiced to help create a sense of calm in your body and help you become more ‘centered’ in your restorative yoga practice. It is even believed to contribute to a longer life. When you practice mindfulness with the breath, you feel more at harmony with your body and mind, experience less anxiety, and even stabilize high blood pressure. These techniques can be practiced while in a comfortable seated position or lying down.
End result: you will feel more focused, healthier and happier in your daily life.
All lessons are breath-based and heart-centered.

Our exterior is a reflection of our interior. Food choices, exercise, lifestyle, and skincare rituals are all-inclusive to ensuring a healthy complexion and extending our warranty for longevity.

The phrase “You Are What You Eat” could not be any truer. To be healthy and fit, you need to eat good wholesome food. The food we eat has a bearing on our state of mind and overall health. Science has proven that processed foods should be given up and more freshly prepared and seasonal food should become a way of life to help ward off disease and promote longevity.
